ADHD Nutrition Strategy Session

DROWNING IN

NUTRITION NOISE?

Especially when it comes to ADHD?

One source tells you to go low-carb, another says plant-based is the way, and then there's the push to avoid gluten and dairy completely.

With so much noise, it's hard to know what actually works for your brain and body.

One-size-fits-all nutrition doesn't work: especially for ADHD

Whether you're managing picky eating, fueling a demanding schedule, addressing dietary concerns like allergies or intolerances, or navigating ADHD, your needs are unique.

One-size-fits-all advice won't cut it.

We'll create a personalized plan that works for you and fits seamlessly into your life.

Managing ADHD through nutrition can feel overwhelming, but with the right strategies, it doesn't have to be.

Let's create a clear, personalized plan that supports your focus, energy, and overall well-being.

Who this session is for

✓You're parenting a child or teen with ADHD, diagnosed or not, and food has become one of the hardest parts of the day

✓You have ADHD yourself, or you're starting to suspect it now that you're watching your kid

✓You've tried the sticker charts, the hidden vegetables and the one-bite approach, and the table still ends in a standoff

✓You're managing allergies, intolerances or a short list of safe foods, and you're worried about what's missing

✓Your child's doctor or school has suggested looking at nutrition and you don't know where to start

✓You want one clear place to start instead of a full overhaul of how your family eats

The process

How the session works

1

Before we meet

After you book, you get a welcome email and a short intake form. You tell me who's in the house, what a normal day of eating looks like for each person, which part of the day is hardest, and anything medical I should know, like diagnoses, medications, allergies or intolerances. I read it before we meet, so the whole hour goes to your family.

2

In our 60 minutes

We go through one ordinary day in your house, from breakfast to bedtime, and find the two or three points where food falls apart, for your kid or for you. Then we work out what's causing each one, whether that's a blood sugar drop after a lunch eaten in twenty minutes in a loud room, a texture your child can't tolerate, a kid who doesn't feel hunger until it's an emergency, or a dinner being decided at the end of the day when nobody has anything left.

3

What you leave with

A written plan for the first change to make, the groceries that go with it, and where that food lives in your kitchen so your kid can reach it without asking. Your ADHD Meal Plan and Recipe Bundle comes with it. If you want ongoing support after that, we can talk about 1:1 coaching.

What changes

What's different after our session

Before the session

Your kid comes through the door after school and within minutes someone is on the floor about a sock.

↓

After the session

A real after-school meal is waiting at the front of the fridge at their height, and the questions wait until they've eaten.

Before the session

Dinner is a negotiation, and you're cooking two or three different meals to get through it.

↓

After the session

Dinner is smaller and later, put together from parts everyone picks from, so there's one meal on the table.

Before the session

Their medication takes their appetite during the day, so lunch comes home untouched and the hunger shows up at bedtime.

↓

After the session

Breakfast happens before the medication starts working and there's a planned evening snack, so food fits the hours they can actually eat.

Before the session

Your child eats the same short list of foods and you're worried about what they're missing.

↓

After the session

Those foods are the starting point, with protein and fibre added beside them, and nobody is arguing at the table about a new food.

Before the session

You know what they should be eating and still can't make it happen on a school night.

↓

After the session

You have one change to start with, written down, with the groceries for it already on your list.

Before the session

By the end of the day you've fed everyone except yourself.

↓

After the session

Something for you sits on the same shelf as their food, so you're eating when they are.

Redesigning Food Systems for Low-Capacity Days

The day gets away from you, meals get delayed or skipped, and by night you're eating late because your body is trying to catch up. In this session I walk through why that pattern happens, and how to make meals more visible, more balanced and more workable on hard days.
