These sessions are a great first step on your wellness journey and give us the opportunity to set a strong nutritional foundation for you and/or your family.
Free Discovery Call
In this call, we'll chat about your and/or your family’s health history, lifestyle and goals in working together.
I will give you action steps to take immediately and send you intake forms and nutritional assessment forms to help me understand the root cause or provoking factors behind your (and/or your family’s) presented challenges.
We will decide if we are a good fit to work together and I will provide guidance in terms of what working together will look like.
Initial Nutritional Consultation
We review and discuss the results of your intake and nutri-system profile forms. I will give you my professional opinion as to the root cause that may be the result of your own or your child’s behaviour/difficulties.
I will provide information regarding the program that I feel is the best fit for you and/or your family.
This is also an opportunity for questions and insights regarding your family’s specific needs, lifestyle, and food sensitivities as well as the nutrition coaching process as a whole.
As a holistic nutritionist, my focus is not only on nutrition but also on meal-planning tips, easy meal-prep tricks, picky-eating strategies as well as daily habit-building action plans for the whole family.
Health Plan Consultation
Based on the information provided in the initial consultation, We will review and discuss the customized nutrition plan that takes into account your goals, preferences, and any dietary restrictions or medical conditions.
A 7-Day meal plan is provided with an option to upgrade to a 1-Month Meal Plan. Three meals and 2 snack options tailored to your own personal and/or family's needs and preferences.
This plan includes recommendations for specific foods, portion sizes, and meal timing, as well recommendations for optimizing sleep, exercise and mindfulness routines.
Follow Up Consultation
This session is scheduled to help you stay inspired, motivated and accountable to your nutrition and health plan.
You will leave this session with further education about your and/or your family’s specific needs as well as the tools required to help you see results.
Follow-up sessions are typically booked every 2 to 4 weeks. We will review your progress, celebrate your success, and problem-solve with you to overcome challenges.
Your nutrition protocol will be modified as required and any ongoing education, accountability and support will be available upon request.
