The Nourish & Grow Workshop provides a safe and empowering space for kids and teens to explore healthy eating, a positive body image and self-care practices in a fun and interactive way.
With a strong background in nutrition, adolescent & teen education and a deep understanding of intuitive eating principles, I believe in educating and inspiring others to make informed food choices that support their overall well-being.
Through workshops like this, one-on-one consultations and my Nourish & Grow program, I help children & teens cultivate a balanced approach to nutrition and guide them towards a healthier and more nourishing lifestyle.

This cooking class is designed to give families with a vested interest in supporting brain health and management of ADHD symptoms, a hands-on experience in the kitchen. The cooking class will build confidence in your child's ability to prepare delicious, whole-food snacks that can help to improve their focus, attention, mood and overall brain function. We will discuss brain-building foods as well as the importance of balancing blood sugar using healthy fats, fibre and protein through the creation of easy, delicious and healthy snack recipes.
